OUR GUARANTEE
Any product purchased directly from Remington Power Tools can be returned
within 30 days from the date of shipment. If you are not fully satisfied,
simply send it back for an exchange or for a full refund of the product’s
original price (less shipping and handling.) This policy also applies to
attachments and accessories for the above mentioned Remington Power Tool
products, ordered and returned at the same time. All products, attachments
and accessories returned within the 30 day Guarantee period must be in
reasonable, resalable condition.
STANDARD WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated with the materials that arrive with your product,
Remington Power Tools warrants their new products and any parts thereof to
be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2)
years from the date of purchase provided the product has been maintained
and operated in accordance with Remington Power Tools’ warnings and
instructions.
STANDARD BATTERIES AND ACCESSORIES WARRANTY
Remington Power Tools warrants all new accessory items (including batteries)
and any parts thereof to be free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase provided
the product has been maintained and operated in accordance with Remington
Power Tools’ warnings and instructions.
Please Note: The 30 day Guarantee and Warranty are not transferable and do
not cover items that have been modified or damaged by abuse, usage not in
accordance with product warnings and instructions, improper care or improper
maintenance of the product by the consumer.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
To obtain a Return Authorization, call TOLL FREE 1-800-626-2237. Once a
Return Authorization number has been issued, the item must be returned
within 30 days. Upon arrival, the returned product will be inspected and
a refund (less shipping and handling) will be credited. Return shipping
method and cost will be the responsibility of the customer for all returns.

The Return Authorization number you are given needs to be written on the
outside of the shipping box in bold, clear print. With the returned product,
please send a written explanation for the reason you are returning the product.
In addition, please retain a copy of the shipment tracking information in the
unlikely event we do not receive the returned product.
EXCHANGES
To request an Exchange within the 30 day Guarantee period, call TOLL FREE
1-800-626-2237. Exchanges must be approved before returning. Remington
Power Tools will arrange and pay for your return shipping charges. Upon
arrival of your return, a replacement product will be shipped.
NOTICE ON WARRANTIED PRODUCTS
Under the terms of the Warranty, Remington Power Tools may opt to repair,
replace or issue a refund for products that are defective or have sustained
damage in shipping. Replacement of product or parts subject to normal wear
and tear is the responsibility of the consumer. If Remington Power Tools
chooses to accept a return under warranty, you may return the defective or
damaged product only after you call and receive a Return Authorization from
Remington Power Tools. If a refund under warranty is granted, Remington
Power Tools will arrange and pay for your return shipping charges.
NOTICE ON RETURNED PRODUCT
All products must be returned in original or equivalent packaging. Remington
Power Tools will not assume responsibility for improperly packaged returns.
Refunds are issued as soon as we receive and process your return, using your
original method of payment. Please note, it may take one or two billing cycles
before your credit card company posts the credit to your account. We reserve
the right to prorate the refund amount in the event the returned product was
found to be abused or modified.
